To help make this happen, we run and operate the Figure Your Sh*t Out (FYSO) Accelerator, which is a 6-month, pay-what-you-can program for early-stage mission-driven founders focused on creating a safe space to test their big ideas, hone their business models, and figure their sh*t out, in community.
In 2022, we're also going to be hosting a Founder Summit to provide founders at all stages with the opportunity to take an afternoon for themselves and provide Founders with a safe space to have conversations, find community, and get connected to resources that can help build their business.

Founder & Principal
Christina Marie Noel is an award-winning social entrepreneur, Marketing Strategist, & speaker that specializes in helping organizations thrive and scale through customer research, design thinking, strategy, workshops, and storytelling.
Christina is passionate about using business as a force for good and has experience working with more than 50 mission-driven organizations on marketing & strategy. She has been a champion of the B Corp movement for more than eight years and in 2015 she was recognized with the B Corp MVP Award, given annually to the single person worldwide who made the most contributions to building the B Corp movement. She also runs the FYSO Accelerator, a program created to give mission-driven founders a safe space to test their ideas and build their entrepreneurial leadership skills, in community.
Christina has an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a BA in Economics and Music Performance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with honors and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Michael Avila is an experienced content and copywriter that believes the best marketing is through personalized conversations and personable engagement.
Michael loves leveraging the power of storytelling to build relationships with his audience and showcase what makes him and his clients so unique. Along with his work with Noel & Co., Michael also holds a role with one of the agency's strategic partners — Unity Web Agency — and has continued to work as a freelance writer. Outside of his work, Michael loves playing and coaching ultimate frisbee, streaming the latest video game, and trying to improve his hilariously-average-and-not-at-all-frustrating golf game.
Kayleigh Poss graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she earned a BBA double majoring in General Management with an emphasis in Nonprofit Organizations & Entrepreneurship. After graduating in December 2018, she moved down to Raleigh, NC to pursue a career in digital marketing. Through working with 30+ mission-driven organizations, she has found her niche as a marketing strategist and operations manager.
Kayleigh is passionate about marketing, entrepreneurship, and community-driven organizations. She aims to one day run her own non-profit organization and give back to the community.
Renae Powell is an eighteen-year advertising and marketing veteran who honed her skills at award-winning ad agencies in Manhattan. She worked with clients in the consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries, including three Fortune 150 companies, and brands at various stages of their life-cycle, from launch to mature. In her roles in Client Services and Strategy, Renae worked collaboratively with clients to set annual marketing objectives and oversaw agency activities to execute and deliver on the objectives. After relocating to Raleigh, NC, Renae channeled her expertise to help small businesses and mission-driven organizations succeed and thrive. Renae graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Science, with Honors, in Marketing and minored in Psychology.
Founder & CEO, Unity Web Agency
Alisa Herr is passionate about lifting up those who use their talents as a force for good, and she established Unity Web Agency in 2016 to connect mission-driven technologists, designers, and strategists to the organizations who need them the most. Unity creates mission-aligned websites for nonprofits and socially responsible businesses. Alisa was previously the founding Chief Technical Officer of a media nonprofit and an award-winning web developer at a design agency.

Heather Burns is a self-described quiet rebel and experienced marketer with a career spanning more than 24 years. As the Founder of HeatherBee Marketing, Heather manages and implements client marketing and media campaigns and works closely with her clients to achieve increased revenue and growth. She's worked in marketing across a wide variety of industries, including banking, real estate, ecommerce, retail, events, hospitality, home services, and media.

Executive Producer & Partner at Oak City Productions
Joe Bruno has over fifteen years of comprehensive experience in producing media from the ground up. He has expertise in photography, shooting video, capturing audio, as well as post-production in order to deliver a professional product directly to clients. Other qualifications include pre-production needs, i.e. storyboarding, scriptwriting, and production scheduling. As the Executive Producer at Oak City Productions, Joe is highly effective in multitasking harmoniously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced video and social media environment.
Brendan is an expert in launching new SaaS (software as a service) products. He has led the creation of numerous banking applications and led multiple product teams. He is an expert in customer interviews as well as the entrepreneurial process. It's also worth noting that he's a former Startup Weekend: Makers Edition Winner where in one weekend he led a team of entrepreneurs in the creation of a functioning wireless leash for children.
